Business Setup Procedure

For getting an initial approval, the following documents are needed:

  • A business plan

  • Completed application form

  • Copy of existing registration certificate and trade license (if you are an existing company)

  • A certificate of reference from a personal bank of the individual shareholder or 2 years audited financial reports for a corporate entity

  • Color passport copies of the shareholder(s) of the company and the appointed manager for the new ADAFZ company

Note :To apply for Visa Immigration Fees is mandatory – AED 834 for Establishment Card and AED 2,270 for online system activation. The manager should have a bachelor's degree attested by UAE Embassy & legal translated into Arabic.
